Thoughts of a Southern Belle: Black Water FX

Just going to update you on our Halloween shop & of course, list some great Halloween finds =] Oh, if you read the blog from yesterday, I never heard from Pale Night. They were good at responding back, but they haven't since August 26. Have ignored my last two e-mails. & they claim to have good customer service. LOL! Yeah, right! However, they did e-mail the hubby a UPS tracking number. It was never sent until the 7th & not the 26th like we were told. They lied to us. It comes down to, they don't want to admit the issue was on their end. Don't lie to your customers. Let's back track a moment, we may just have some good news out of all of this. As I was typing this, the hubby informed me that they replied on the website & admitted to the mistake. Props! They also doubled our order for free. Double props! Even though this whole thing was craziness, these guys may just get a second chance =]
