P90X 30 Day Update


My 30 day progress of P90X [mainly in the waist area].  Started exercising end of Feb.  Started P90X 30 days ago.  Total of 17 pounds lost since the end of Feb.  Doesn’t seem like a lot, but when you drop clothes size, it feels like an accomplishment :) Kicked out soda (well 99%) & eating healthier.  Some people say they can tell in my face, but eh I don’t know about that.  Time to buckle down & get some REAL results.
